"About: EcoAction, Penn State's environmental activist organization, is running a campaign called Kyoto Now!. We are asking Penn State to reduce their emissions to a level that is Kyoto compliant, which is an approximate 30% drop in greenhouse gas emissions. The campaign is going into its second year.
