For regional and national organizers, ClimateChallenge.org holds a few extra features to make your life easier.
Groups
It is highly encouraged that regional and national organizers subscribe to groups that they work with. By subscribing to all the groups in your region or who work with your organization you can keep up with all the goings on with those groups. If you want to help local organizers use the website and organize their group you can ask the group manager to make you a group admin. Also by joining the groups you work with you can post messages and blog posts to those groups. Please do this respectfully. Respect the autonomy and privacy of local groups and do not post messages to group unless you know the group leaders and have confirmed with them that its ok for you to post messages to the group.
Power Directory
As an organizer you can also edit other peoples posts the power Directory. This is very helpful for helping to keep everything categoriezed and correcting mistakes and broken links. If you see a broken link or a mis-categorized resource feel free to fix it. This editing authority should not be used to remove resources unless they are broken or spam (let the people vote it down).
