With the economic development of society, the use of carbon has been increasing year by year. Although improving the level of our life, it destroys ecological environment which impacts on our life in turn, including climate change and shortage of energy. Therefore, we have to take measure to change the ways of city development which can keep balance of city development and environmental sustainability. This job should be done by people in different fields, just as transportation, public facilities, construction, industry production etc, and needs a large number of studies before carrying on it. I appeal to students experts on different fields and states to join in a project to build a simulated low-carbon ecological city which is helpful for the plans of city development in the future.
